Expertise

Philippe specializes in intellectual property, commercial and business law.

He has developed in-depth and recognized expertise in litigation relating to trademark, copyright, and design infringement, as well as in unfair competition and commercial law acting for French and foreign companies.

Philippe also advises his clients in the negotiation and drafting of trademark license, franchise, concession, and distribution agreements, and frequently represents clients in litigation relating to contract performance or termination.

He is also involved in setting up contractual policies and negotiating major business contracts, as well as corporate law issues.

Philippe is a member of the Association des Praticiens du Droits des Marques et des Modèles (APRAM).
